FG will conquer Boko Haram soon says army chief Kenneth Minimah

Minimah said with the relocation of command and control centre to Maiduguri and Yola, Nigerians should expect more positive results soon.  
             The Chief of Army Staff, Lt-Gen. Kenneth Minimah has assured that more positive results will be achieved very soon in the fight against insurgency.
Minimah stated this on Saturday, June 13, while fielding questions from newsmen shortly after he commissioned a reconstructed road and the renovated Buffalo Mess at Depot NA, Zaria, Kaduna State.
He said that with the relocation of command and control centre toMaiduguri and Yola, Nigerians should “expect the best and positive results soon” in the anti-terror war in the North East.
“With the pronouncements of President Muhammadu Buhari and the relocation of Command and Control Centre to North-East in Maiduguri and Yola, we expect the very best result soon.
"The pressure on the insurgents will become increased and we foresee a greater prospect for the war favourable to the Federal Government and Nigeria," he said.
Minimah said that the Nigerian Army will continue fighting to "get rid of this insurgency out of our fatherland.
“As members of the Armed Forces of Nigeria, we will continue to fight in defence of the sovereignty of this country," he said.
The Army boss lauded the commandant, Deport Nigerian Army for a job well done.
